Diversity and Equality Committee
Diversity and equality plays an important role in all activities of the TRR and the RTG. Therefore, the TRR established a Diversity and Equality Committee (DEC), which provides mentoring for family career issues and, together with the spokesperson, allocates the Equal opportunities funds. The members of the DEC at the project leader level are balanced with respect to (1) condensed matter physics and quantum optics, (2) experiment and theory, (3) the participating institutions, and (4) gender and age aspects.
